Minutes of the Parish Council Meeting held on 7th November 2023

Present: Cllrs. S Hillier (Chairman). J. Thomas (Vice-Chair), L. Bennett, S. Longdon, P. Clark, D. Coffin, I. Houston

Also in attendance: S. Hillier (Clerk) Cllr. Legg (Dorset Councillor), 2 members of the public.

Meeting Minutes: 5 September 2023

Prior to the start of the meeting the Chairperson, Cllr Hillier, noted that the Clerk is unwell and unable to attend the meeting. It was agreed the Tricia Chapman (TC) would take the minutes for this meeting.

1. Welcome and Apologies for Absence:  Cllr Bennett welcomed attendees to the meeting.  Apologies were received from Cllr I Houston.  Good wishes were sent for his speedy recovery.

1. Welcome and to receive apologies for absence - Cllr L Bennett welcomed Councillor's and members of the public to the meeting.

There were no apologies for absence.
